Global Changer is an innovative climate tech company that offers B2B customers an AI-supported Sustainability Management platform to calculate CCFs and PCFs faster and to meet Net Zero and regulatory requirements.

Our mission is to help companies reduce their emissions as quickly as possible and thereby preserve a livable world. Why companies? Because they have a direct or indirect influence on a large share of emissions, which allows us to achieve the greatest possible impact.

Our customers include companies such as Heraeus (one of Germany's largest family-owned companies), Bünting and Tchibo. Our partners include, for example, Commerzbank, SCHUFA and sustainable AG (one of the largest sustainability consultancies in Germany).

We are looking for a Sustainability Consultant who is passionate about the well-being of our planet.

Du wirst...

• Take on independent responsibility for customer support on carbon management (CCF, PCF and Net Zero management) and generate ideas on how to improve the relationship in the long term
• Process sustainability and company data to create Corporate Carbon Footprints and validate the software's results
• Optimize internal processes for customer support
• Help shape the software through your feedback

Qualifications

• MUST: You speak German fluently (C2), as we communicate mainly in German with our customers
• MUST: At least 2 years of experience in sustainability consulting or in the sustainability department of a company, with a focus on CCF, PCF or LCA reporting
• MUST: You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to get operationally involved, at least for the next six months (including EF matching and review of the software's results)
• You want to challenge the status quo and support companies in their first steps toward sustainability
• Very good communication skills
• Project management experience
• Enjoy quickly familiarizing yourself with different topics
• Enjoy supporting customers on their sustainability journey
• High quality standards
