We are seeking a talented and experienced Workday Financials Systems Analyst with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and optimizing our Workday Financials system to meet business needs and objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of Workday Financials modules, business processes, and integration points.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday Financials system-related inquiries, issues, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend solutions to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Configure and maintain Workday Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure system integrity and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements by coordinating testing, communicating changes, and providing user training as needed.
  • Monitor system performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement best practices to maximize ROI.
  • Stay updated on Workday Financials updates, releases, and industry trends to provide recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Workday Financials systems analysis and support.
  • Strong understanding of Workday Financials modules, configurations, and integrations.
  • Experience with system configuration, testing, and deployment methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Workday Financials certification(s) preferred, not required.

Benefits

Base salary range: $130K-$150K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.

Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.
