Job Title: T3 Onboarding & Implementation Coordinator

Department:T3 Sales & Support

Reporting to: Customer Support Technology Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and experienced T3 Onboarding & Implementation Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our new T3 customers are fully trained and comfortable using the T3 Platform. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating engaging training materials, conducting effective training sessions, and providing exceptional support to our customers throughout the onboarding and implementation process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Conduct comprehensive training for T3 Customers on the T3 Platform, utilizing a variety of learning methodologies to cater to different learning styles.
  • Develop and implement tier-based training programs tailored to the specific needs of new customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Design and create training resources and materials, including eLearning content and instructor-led training sessions, that are informative, engaging, and effective.
  • Equip customers with the necessary tools and resources to enable them to complete T3 tasks independently, fostering confidence and competence in using the platform.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process by providing the tools and training needed T3 Customers to succeed
  • Completing T3 Portal Setup: User permissions, group settings, configuring alerts, Asset creation & Preventive Maintenance Settings
  • Creating and organizing Branches, Groups, and Geofences
  • Navigate and utilize the Analytics Dashboard to set up scheduled reports
  • Manage Camera account creation and user profiles
  • Work collaboratively with co-workers to achieve departmental and company goals and standards.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

The T3 Onboarding & Implementation Coordinator will prioritize and ensure that every T3 account is fully prepared and optimized for our customers' needs. Our goal is to deliver a best-in-class implementation, onboarding, and training experience, so our customers can hit the ground running with their T3 Platform usage. From the initial account setup to handling complex data projects, our team is dedicated to providing comprehensive support and guidance every step of the way. We believe that a well-prepared and empowered customer is the key to unlocking the full potential of the T3 Platform and achieving success in their operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Associates Degree or above in technology, project management, or a related field is highly desired.

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer facing role
  • Prior experience in onboarding, implementation coordination, project management, or a related role is beneficial.
  • Experience working directly with clients or customers, understanding their requirements, and providing support.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, and other software used in implementation processes.
  • Experience in optimizing onboarding processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing efficiencies.
  • Conducting training sessions or workshops for clients or internal teams.

Licenses:

  • None

Language Proficiency:

  • Ability to read and comprehend basic/complex communication in written or verbal sources.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and in written or verbal form, using correct grammar, punctuation, spelling, and sentence structure.

Skills:

  • A passion for helping others and a willingness to go the extra mile in providing nothing less than exceptional service and a positive customer experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of software systems, technology infrastructure, and implementation processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address issues and find effective solutions.
  • Providing excellent customer service, addressing client needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Working effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and support.
  • Facilitating training sessions for clients and internal teams on product usage and best practices.
  • Being detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in documentation, data entry, and project tracking.
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite, including Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive
  • Ability to acquire new skills in a proficient manner.
  • Someone who challenges "best practice" with creative and new ideas.
  • Experience with creating, editing and formatting materials or other documentation related to procedures and policy.
  • Owns the mission and delivers on a constant basis.
  • Is dedicated to the success of the team and focuses on detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.

Physical Requirements:

An employee in this position will sit, move about, speak on the telephone, work on the computer, handle files and papers, reach into file cabinets, retrieve supplies from storage shelves, lift up to 20 pounds, and make copies.
