EquipmentShare is Hiring a eCommerce Parts Ordering Specialist

EquipmentShare is searching for a eCommerce Parts Ordering Specialist for our Mexico, MO, location to support our team as the department continues to grow. Remote work is an option.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ability to research and Identify machine parts and components.
  • Quickly to respond to inbound sales leads/ phone calls.
  • Ability to obtain and prepare parts quotes.
  • Prepare orders for internal and external customers.
  • Confirm order/invoice accuracy.
  • Build and expand relationships for parts sales for internal and external customers.
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests and complaints.
  • Help with the buildout/expansion of our Product catalog.

Skills Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry a plus
  • Knowledge of excel the use of spreadsheets
  • Must possess exceptional customer service, organization and time management and communication skills.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
