About the job

The TA Operations Specialist - LATAM will serve as a critical partner to the TA organization, acting as a strategic advisor to Talent Acquisition as well as external stakeholders including Employment Legal, Compliance, Compensation, and HR in the LATAM region. You’re someone who is a thought leader with the ability to help evolve, own and scale some of the most impactful tools and processes within the recruiting organization.

You’re someone who has the ability to help evolve current TA programs processes in place today. You should be passionate about change and focused on helping those around you navigate through it. The Talent Acquisition team plays an integral role in building small, impactful teams. We serve as a critical partner to the business, acting as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and executives on a variety of talent issues. Helping our team to scale with our growing business will be essential to this role and to the success of the broader company.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Be an owner as a TA Operations subject matter expert to provide support to our global stakeholders and the LATAM region.
  • Assess and implement regional law requirements that impact our process.
  • Manage and maintain employment contract process and templates for both global and the LATAM region.
  • Deliver operational support with requisitions, offers, employment agreements, tier 1 inquiries, content management for knowledge hubs, data management and audits.
  • Identify areas of opportunity or process improvement and present solutions to achieve a desired outcome.
  • Partner in developing TA team capabilities while remaining focused on process and program improvement to help our team globally.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials and educate those around you of new programs or process change.
  • Manage and maintain employment contract process and template.s
  • Preemptively identify and risk involved with your programs and processes and work proactively to remove any roadblocks.

Required:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or HR Operations
  • Experience working in Talent Acquisition and with Greenhouse applicant tracking systems
  • Experience operating in an HRIS and employee ticketing system as an HR administrator, HR operations (Workday and ServiceNow preferred)
  • Proficiency in English is required for this position, and candidates must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong business background and experience working cross-functionally with many parts of the business including, finance, compensation, and HR operations teams on a global scale
  • Efficient ability to prioritize tasks with a self-starter attitude
  • Ability to take in multiple data sets and create viable solutions in a sometimes ambiguous environment
  • You can analyze information and processes to find trends or diagnose problem areas to introduce efficiency
  • Highly effective process documentation skills with the ability to create efficient programs that involve multiple stakeholders
  • You are decisive and capture the data needed to make informed decisions quickly

Desired:

  • Exposure to global programs that involve government regulations based on country laws

Location

This role will be remote based in Colombia.
