Position Summary

The Talent Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the TA function runs smoothly and at pace. This person is responsible for the timely coordination of assigned interviews, gathering feedback and preparing documentation that relate to hiring processes and offer letters. The Coordinator is a candidate focused position where the person it is expected to provide a high quality, consistent experience at every stage of the hiring process

Role and Responsibilities

  • Coordinates interviews and gather feedback within agreed timeframes
  • Prepares all material relating to hiring including NDA, COAPS, Technical Tasks
  • Administers the Recruitment Inbox, tagging the appropriate Recruiter as needed
  • Acts as the main point of contact for all candidate enquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintains TA Monday board for assigned roles inc. weekly notes and next steps
  • Load roles into ADP and post adverts on the appropriate job boards
  • Maintains job description and COAP library, ensuring the Recruiters add new templates for future use
  • Coordinate and execute Intake meetings and weekly status updates
  • Co-ordinate the drafting of offer letters for approval by the People Operations team
  • Attend career fairs and trade shows as needed for recruitment purposes.

Skills and Experience

  • 1-4years experience working as a Talent Coordinator, People Generalist or equivalent relevant field
  • Excellent communication skills, providing data and feedback to recruiters, stakeholders and candidates
  • Understands the systems and processes, utilising them to deliver a high pace, quality service
  • Provides exceptional customer service to candidates, ensuring concerns are resolved and feedback is shared in a timely manner
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control across all written and numerical documentation & communication
  • Able to manage multiple, concurrent hiring processes at any one time

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with department and business needs. Exempt Employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require. Non-Exempt employees may be required to work over 40 hours per week with approval from the department manager.
