About the Sourcer:

We are looking for a Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team on a six month contract. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier candidates for our open positions. You'll be a master of building relationships, uncovering hidden talent, and using innovative sourcing strategies to fill our pipeline with the best people.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to find qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networking sites, and Boolean search queries.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of talent across various industries and disciplines.
  • Screen candidates to assess their fit for the role and company culture.
  • Engage with candidates through personalized outreach via email, phone, and social media.
  • Craft compelling messaging to generate interest in our company and career opportunities.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to understand their needs and provide regular updates on the sourcing process.
  • Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information.
  • Analyze sourcing data and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Proven success in sourcing top talent for open positions.
  • Strong understanding of social media recruiting and Boolean search techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates at all levels.
  • A passion for building relationships and a knack for finding hidden gems in the talent market.
  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure sourcing metrics.
  • A detail-oriented and organized work style with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
