Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for working cross functionally analyzing, defining, and implementing process improvements based on data driven analytics. These activities include coordination of multiple teams (R&D, IT Ops, DevOps) who use varying management processes. You will provide meaningful insights about how to improve current business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Utilizing professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Some barriers to entry exist at this level (e.g., dept/peer review).
  • Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside area of expertise.
  • Determines methods and procedures for new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel.
  • Establishes productive relationships across all levels and the various Teams within the Cotiviti organization.
  • Work with Business & Technology partners to devise new programs that support organization growth objectives, strategies, and goals.
  • Comfortable in collaborating with business leads, understanding business strategy/processes, looking for innovative solutions to drive business growth, new products, and current system enhancements.
  • Previous experience working effectively with all levels of management up to and including EVPs, VP’s and Directors is highly desirable.

Qualifications

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience, software development and or analyst experience
  • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Demonstrated understanding and support of Agile delivery model, with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Strong business analysis experience. 3-5 years minimum.
  • Strong drive to deliver tangible value even when faced with ambiguity.
  • Strong belief in continuous improvement and team empowerment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and follow up communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences.
  • Knowledge of at least one application lifecycle management tool; JIRA /JIRA Align preferred.
  • Proficient with Excel, Power Point, and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Experience with negotiating prioritization and conflict resolution between IT, Support/Operations, Finance, Product Teams.
  • Facilitate impediment resolution in a timely, cost-effective manner; stay attuned to team needs and remove impediments before they form.
  • Understand Cotiviti’s business and obtain knowledge of the business products, goals, and priorities to deliver on the technology needs.

    Drive process improvement and keep the team accountable for improvements.

  • Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Base compensation ranges from $79,500 to $112,000. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
