Mission Focus: Integrating data across multiple platforms and developing an enterprise solution incorporating multiple systems and workflows in support of Industrial Security and DCSA.
Clearance: Interim Secret. US Citizenship is required.
Location/Flexibility: Remote
Responsibilities:
As a Technical Writer, you will:
- Research highly technical subject matter
• Organize information from multiple sources
• Express technical information in written form
• Create various weekly, biweekly, and monthly reports
• Draft and edit architecture documents and technical concepts
• Develop outlines and drafts for review and approval
• Create compelling White Papers and other documents
• Interact with the customer and technical team members
• Become familiar and comply with government style guides
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communication, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a technical writer.
- Excellent writing skills, ability to translate complex technical concepts, attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with government style guides
- Technical writing experience in government sector
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds at times.
