The opportunity

The Telemarketer is enthusiastic, headstrong, and persuasive! You have communication and sales tactics that aid you in overcoming obstacles on the phone and discovering new opportunities in direct conversations with potential leads for our clients. You're passionate about what you do and you're comfortable pushing through the 'No's and driving a call forward.

What you'll do

• Perform B2B telemarketing efforts, identifying qualified leads for their campaigns
• Learn and use customized scripts, articulating the technical and business benefits of our client’s products/services
• Build rapport with potential leads to gather information
• Develop and maintain daily plans to maximize phone interaction time
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned goals by the expected date
• Analyze our scripts and processes, listen to calls, and find innovative solutions to help programs run more efficiently

Who you are

• 1+ years experience in telemarketing, sales, or similar role preferred but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Superior attention to detail and organization
• Results driven
• Perseverance and the ability to push past the 'no'
• Excellent attendance
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 8:00am CT to 5:00pm CT in our Nashville HQ
• Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward
