As a Territory Manager in Medtronic, you will be working in an international environment in one of the leading medical devices companies in the world. You will be part of a great team of dedicated persons in the Nordic region and you will be supported and coached in all aspects to do the very best for our patients.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Development and implementation of the business strategies and all sales activities in Sweden.
  • Meeting or exceeding financial and non-financial targets, in a way that enhances Medtronic’s reputation in the market.
  • Selling neurosurgery product range in Sweden, primarily to Neurosurgery departments.
  • The portfolio consists of strong product groups/brands like Power drills(Midas Rex), CSF(Cerebrospinal Fluids with Strata Shunts) & Advanced Energy products(Peek Plasma).
  • You will report to the Swedish Sales Manager for Cranial and Spine.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Experience from working in a hospital setting. Operating room experience and maybe even from a neurosurgery clinic
  • A sale driven business mind with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Proven ability in Sales and in growing a business generally within the medical industry
  • The ability to listen to colleagues of different levels with an ability to understand and to execute plans.
  • The mindset of a service-oriented team player concerned with helping people, both internally and externally.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Advanced presentation and negotiation skills, with strong communication skills.
  • Can work independently with a high level of time management skills.
  • Live in the larger cities close to the bigger Neurosurgery clinics and close to an airport
  • Fluent in Swedish with good English skills.
  • Full, and clean, driver’s license.
