Territory Sales Manager

We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to help us increase sales and address customer needs.

Areas/Postal Codes that will be covered:

Doncaster and Sheffield, S and DN post code areas.

Territory Sales Manager responsibilities include presenting our janitorial products and services to potential clients both new and existing, and recommending ways to promote and sell our products. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication abilities and be highly motivated to meet sales goals.

Ultimately, you will help us grow our customer base and establish our reputation in your assigned region.

Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory.
  • Identifying janitorial business opportunities.
  • Reporting on territory sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually).
  • Presenting our janitorial products and services to prospective customers.
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending product solutions.
  • Working closely with salespeople and other internal teams to meet individual goals.
  • Answering customer questions about features, pricing and additional services.
  • Cross-selling other service products, when appropriate.
  • Collaborating with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach.

Requirements and skills:

  • Work experience as a Field based Sales Representative.
  • Familiarity within janitorial or chemicals is desired but not essential.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce desired.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Resilient with a proven track record in sales.
