TouchWorks Customer Support Intern - Remote

Overview

Altera is looking for an intern to join our TouchWorks Customer Support team. During our summer internship program, we are looking for a candidate enrolled in a college program focused on enterprise software operations, support and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing customer issues and assessing the data needed for diagnosis.
• Deploying tools to capture diagnostic data.
• Building and tuning dashboards used by the customer support team.
• Potentially engaging with customers to review captured data and its implications.
• Assisting support technicians with their performance related cases.

Qualifications

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related discipline.

Experience:

• Analytical Problem Solving.
• Attention to Detail.
• Taking Initiative with Minimal Supervision.
• Self-Starting, but Team-Oriented.

• None

Working Arrangements:

• Work is performed in a remote environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards.
