About The Role
As the VP of Revenue Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by overseeing the strategy and execution of revenue-generating processes. You will lead the development and optimization of sales operations, forecasting, and performance analytics to ensure alignment with the company’s financial goals. Your expertise will be crucial in managing cross-functional teams, implementing best practices, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance efficiency and profitability. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in revenue management and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You collaborate with sales leadership, inside sales, marketing, finance, and analytics to oversee revenue generation and optimization. Your responsibilities include equipping the sales team with necessary tools and training, managing Sales Operations for process efficiency, utilizing data analytics for actionable insights, ensuring accurate revenue forecasting, and overseeing commission payments for the sales team.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute the revenue operations strategy to drive sustainable growth and achieve financial targets.
- Lead the design and implementation of processes for sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics.
- Oversee the integration and optimization of sales and marketing technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align revenue operations initiatives with broader business objectives and strategic goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of revenue operations professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Analyze key revenue metrics and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure effective cross-departmental coordination between sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams.
- Drive the development and enforcement of best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance revenue generation and operational excellence.
What We Need
- Minimum of 7-10+ years of experience in hyper growth environments
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing revenue operations on a global scale.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead a global team
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to leverage data
- Demonstrated success in implementing and optimizing sales and customer success processes
- Deep understanding of reporting down to the individual level as well as up to the board level.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in revenue operations, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to align cross functional teams to achieve our business goals

Compensation:
- Base: $170,000
- Base + Bonus Target:$250,000
- This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan.
The amount listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.
