About the Job:

LaunchDarkly is seeking a global VP, Partnerships reporting into the CRO who will lead a team of channel experts responsible for our indirect go to market strategy, sales and programs. In this role you will manage a team providing LaunchDarkly solutions to ISV, GSI, Cloud and reseller partners. Our momentum with alliances, channels, and the partner ecosystem is growing. In this role, you will strategically plan and work with many parts of the organization to deliver a cross-functional GTM strategy to engage our current and potential partners to accelerate revenue across the world.

Responsibilities:

  • You will provide the strategic vision and approach and be responsible for the execution of a global channel program which includes an expanding set and ecosystem of ISVs, GSIs, Cloud and reseller partners
  • You will work with internal teams (sales, customer success, marketing, legal, product, and engineering) to optimize joint selling and marketing strategies for driving revenue through the partner ecosystem
  • You will lead a team of leaders and individual contributors responsible for all channel partner relationships and programs

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated progressive progressive global channel leadership experience globally within the SAAS space
  • Experience building and managing channel programs in multiple regions around the world (Americas, EMEA, APAC, US Public Sector)
  • Demonstrable track record of success in worldwide channels strategic planning, owning sales targets and managing sales forecast.
  • Experience building/negotiating formal relationships with channel reseller and systems integration partners
  • Established relationships with individuals across engineering and marketing in our ecosystem
  • Experience in a high-growth company with an exceptional ability to work and collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as product, customer outcomes, marketing and sales to ensure messaging alignment, operational coordination and evangelization of partner strategy
