The Work Flow Development Leader is part of the India Commercial Organization and will be remote in nature with extensive travel to customer sites.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Through critical insight on customer process development and manufacturing processes, support team to formulate strategies to develop and support solutions that meet or exceed customers’ needs and expectations and simultaneously expand Viral Vectors business by gaining market share in existing and new accounts.
- Work with Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain and other teams of Cytiva to ensure full execution of our Product development strategies in the region
- Lead sales funnel reviews and ensure reporting of all business opportunities, solution concepts and strategies to Gen Med management through the use of SFDC and provide voice of customer and applications feedback to product development teams.
- Communicate business strategy and tactics clearly to your team and provide feedback to colleagues, the management team and other Cytiva teams on progress, opportunities and challenges in the region
- Maintain and develop KOL's in the region for the respective Modality
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in engineering, biology, or science related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 6 years of related experience in the filed of Biotechnology or Bioprocessing Industry
- Process knowledge about Processing of Cell therapy, Gene therapy
- Understanding of product life cycle management and willing to learn new technologies.
- Willingness travel extensively with in India or Abroad as per the business expectations.
