We seek a talented and experienced Administrative and Financial Assistant to join our international team. Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports;

  • Carry out accounts payable and receivable activities;

  • Assist in budget preparation;

  • Perform bank reconciliations;

  • Assist in the preparation of tax declarations;

  • Keep financial records up to date;

  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure data accuracy;

  • Assist in contract and supplier management;

  • Carry out general administrative activities, such as scheduling meetings and organizing documents;

  • Organize financial documents and maintain cash flow spreadsheets;

  • Assist in the logistics of sending and receiving company equipment.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Financial Assistant, Office Assistant, or Administrative Assistant;

  • Strong organizational, communication, writing, proactive, and attention to detail skills;

  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment;

  • Creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or related fields;

  • Knowledge of Google tools, such as Gmail, Drive, among others is an advantage;

  • Knowledge of the Office Package, especially Excel;

  • Work experience with international, multifunctional, and remote teams;

  • Advanced English is an advantage.
