Our client helps make people’s lives better by providing better housing. They do this by partnering with individual investors to buy older and/or neglected apartment buildings and then renovate them. The overall role of the digital content specialist will be to drive individual investor lead generation so they can buy and renovate more property.

Our client is a seasoned investor specializing in Midwest multifamily real estate. With nearly twenty years of experience in the industry, they offer their partners access to exclusive private market real estate opportunities managed by an experienced sponsor. Their investment approach prioritizes wealth preservation, tax-optimized passive income generation, and potential capital appreciation. Grounded in a philosophy of local market expertise and thorough property-level due diligence, they focus on long-term, tax-efficient investment strategies prioritizing community enhancement and sustainable growth.

Job Description:

We seek a proactive and versatile Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our client's team as a digital marketer focused on individual investor lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation and generating individual investor leads, as well as nurturing existing investor relationships, primarily by focusing on blog posts and a weekly short-form newsletter. Additionally, the VA will support the creation of longer-form content for platforms such as LinkedIn, and short-form such as Twitter. They currently have no account on TikTok. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with an experienced team in the real estate investment sector, contributing to our client's mission of providing value-oriented investment opportunities while maintaining the highest standards of care for their partners and communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative blog posts and a weekly short-form newsletter to enhance brand visibility and engage with our audience.
  • Lead Generation: Implement strategies to identify and attract potential partners and investors through targeted content and outreach efforts.
  • Manage Active Campaign Email Automation: Manage existing drip campaigns in Active Campaign and create new automations based on related strategic initiatives.
  • Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis to inform content development and lead generation strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team and stakeholders to align content creation efforts with overall business objectives and messaging.
  • Social Media Management: Assist in the creation and scheduling of LinkedIn posts and other social media content to amplify our brand presence and engage with our audience.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and organizing documents.

  • Strong Writing Skills: Proficient in crafting clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to different platforms and target audiences.
  • Research Abilities: Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive research and gather relevant insights to inform content and marketing strategies.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various digital tools and platforms for content creation, social media management, and administrative tasks.
  • Self-Motivated: Proactive and resourceful with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote work environment.

  • Active Campaign Experience: Ideal candidates will have experience working with Active Campaign. Alternatively, training can be provided.
  • Video editing experience: Desired but not critical. The ideal candidate would have the ability to edit and format raw videos such that they can be embedded in blog posts and email drip campaigns.
  • Proactive and resourceful: the ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote work environment.
  • Previous Experience: Prior experience in content creation, digital marketing, or real estate industry knowledge is a plus but not required.

Benefits

  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $1000 - $1500 / month
