- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- 7 hours M-F and 5 hours on Saturday. Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm PST (1hr unpaid lunch) and Saturday 10am-3pm PST.

Job Description
As an Appointment Setter , you’ll be at the forefront of our client’s business development efforts. Your role is crucial in identifying and qualifying potential leads for high-value commercial real estate transactions. You’ll engage with property owners, investors, and businesses, offering valuable market insights and gauging interest in potential deals. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain deep knowledge of the commercial real estate industry while honing your communication and sales skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to property owners and investors
- Perform initial screening to identify sales opportunities
- Provide market trend information and property valuations to prospects
- Assess interest in potential property transactions
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria
- Pass qualified leads to senior brokers for follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM system
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and lead generation
- Collaborate remotely with U.S.-based team members
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear accent
- Strong phone presence and ability to engage in professional conversations
- Basic understanding of commercial real estate terminology (training provided)
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Proficiency in CRM systems and relevant software
- Resilience and positive attitude when facing rejection
- Ability to work full-time, including making calls for up to 8 hours a day, 5 days a week
- Comfortable focusing on industrial and retail properties in Southern California, primarily Los Angeles area
- Willingness to adhere to provided scripts and guidelines
