This is a remote position.
Job Highlights:
- Contract type: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 12 PM to 9 PM with 1 hour unpaid lunch break (40 hours per week)
- Operate remotely using provided CRM and calling systems
- Handle a high volume of calls to warm leads daily
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of appointments
- Participate in performance reviews and adapt to feedback for continuous improvement
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to warm leads using the company’s CRM system
Follow a provided script to engage potential clients and set appointments
Accurately record call outcomes and client information in the CRM
Meet or exceed daily target of booking 4 quality appointments
Ensure appointed clients are well prepared for their sales meetings
Maintain a high show-rate for booked appointments
Requirements
Previous experience in appointment setting or cold calling
Excellent phone communication skills
Ability to follow scripts and processes consistently
Proficiency in using CRM systems
Resilience and ability to handle rejection
Strong time management and organizational skills
