Responsibilities
- Transform creative concepts into print-ready artwork, ensuring every detail meets exacting standards for packaging production
- Collaborate closely with the design team to implement complex packaging specifications, bringing innovative ideas to life
- Optimize artwork files for various printing processes, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in packaging design
- Lead quality control efforts, ensuring color accuracy and consistency across all print-ready files
- Troubleshoot and resolve pre-press issues with creativity and technical expertise, keeping projects on track and clients satisfied
- Stay at the cutting edge of pre-press technologies and industry standards, continuously improving our processes and capabilities
Requirements
- Proven track record in pre-press for the packaging industry, with a portfolio that showcases your technical skills and creative problem-solving abilities
- Mastery of industry-standard graphic design and pre-press software, with a keen eye for detail and color management
- In-depth understanding of print production processes, particularly as they apply to packaging materials and techniques
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both creative and production teams
