Job Description

Responsibilities
- Engage in proactive outreach to potential adventurers, igniting their passion for travel through compelling phone conversations
- Conduct insightful pre-qualification calls, uncovering customers’ deepest travel desires and matching them with ideal adventure packages
- Master the art of follow-up, nurturing leads through a series of 2-3 calls to transform interest into confirmed bookings
- Become an expert storyteller, painting vivid pictures of exotic destinations and thrilling experiences to captivate and convince potential travelers
- Harness the power of the company’s CRM system, ensuring every customer interaction is captured and leveraged for future success
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, directly contributing to the company’s growth and your own professional development
- Provide world-class customer service, ensuring each interaction leaves travelers excited and confident about their upcoming adventures
Requirements
- Proven track record in telesales or customer service, with a preference for experience in the dynamic travel industry
- Exceptional communication skills in English, with additional languages being a significant advantage in this global role
- Self-motivated and disciplined, thriving in a remote work environment while maintaining high productivity
- Natural talent for persuasion and negotiation, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for travel and adventure
- Proficiency with CRM systems and phone-based sales tools, ready to leverage technology in driving sales success
- Availability to work full-time, including Saturdays, aligning with the following schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 3 PM to 9 PM Italian time
- Saturday: 9 AM to 9 PM Italian time
- Monday to Friday: 3 PM to 9 PM Italian time
- Adaptability to handle a high volume of diverse leads, with the goal of achieving and surpassing a 10% conversion rate
