Natcast (short for The National Center for the Advancement of Semiconductor Technology) is a new, purpose-built, non-profit entity created to operate the National Semiconductor Technology Center (NSTC) consortium, established by the CHIPS Act of the U.S. government.

Associate Program Manager, Office of the CEO

In this role, you will work at the direction of the CEO to drive critical programs that will shape the future of Natcast and its impact on the US semiconductor industry.

Every day, you will apply your analytical skills, project management expertise, and cross-functional collaboration abilities to advance initiatives across the Natcast organization.

To thrive in this role, you must be a highly motivated self-starter with exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to navigate complex challenges with minimal supervision.

Natcast is a trailblazing non-profit entity established under the CHIPS Act to operate the National Semiconductor Technology Center (NSTC) consortium. As a key component of the CHIPS and Science Act, Natcast is poised to drive innovation, set standards, and re-establish U.S. leadership in semiconductor design and manufacturing. By convening the brightest minds from government, industry, and academia, Natcast is tackling the most pressing challenges in the domestic semiconductor ecosystem head-on.

The Associate Program Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO's vision and ensuring the successful execution of high-impact programs across the organization. By leveraging your analytical skills, project management expertise, and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration, you will contribute directly to Natcast's mission of revitalizing domestic semiconductor innovation and building a sustainable workforce development ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Work at the direction of the CEO to develop, plan, and execute strategic programs aligned with Natcast's mission and objectives

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to inform decision-making and support program development

  • Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment

  • Monitor and report on program progress, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and presentations

  • Provide analytical support and recommendations to the CEO and senior leadership team

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and process improvements

  • Represent Natcast and the CEO's office in meetings and discussions with key partners and stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with an advanced degree such as an MBA, MPA, preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in program management, strategy consulting, or a related field

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop data-driven recommendations

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software

  • Ability to work independently yet collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Passion for Natcast's mission and a commitment to driving positive impact in the semiconductor industry

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in the semiconductor industry or related technology sectors

  • Familiarity with workforce development, coalition development, or operational excellence initiatives

  • Proven track record of driving successful cross-functional projects in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
