Role Overview:
The Partner Manager at Ultimate Beauty is responsible for identifying and establishing business-to-business partnerships that enhance our inventory supply globally. This role focuses on approaching manufacturers, strengthening our position with platforms, and finding new sources of revenue. Reporting to the Head of Business Expansion, the Partner Manager will work closely with the commercial, purchasing, and business expansion teams to drive new revenue streams from Europe and the Americas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop potential business-to-business partnerships with manufacturers, brand owners, platform owners, and marketplaces.
- Work with commercial, purchasing, and business expansion teams to ensure strong engagement and successful partnership outcomes.
- Qualify partnership opportunities and find areas to enhance our business through stronger collaborations.
- Strengthen relationships with key partners, including listing platforms, tools, and software solutions.
- Deliver new revenue streams across global markets, focusing on Europe and the USA.
- Present data-driven decisions and updates clearly and concisely to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in establishing partnerships with marketplaces and brands, preferably in the beauty industry.
- 3 to 5 years of experience working with B2B relationships, particularly with Amazon and e-commerce platforms.
- Degree in Business or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to work remotely across multiple functions and teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to present information clearly
- Proficiency in Slack and Google Workspace.
Experience Level:
This is a mid-level role suitable for professionals with substantial experience in B2B relationships and e-commerce.
