- Record and manage data changes, service requests, orders, etc., with a positive attitude.
- Provide customers with tailor-made solutions, fueled by your infectious passion for biking.
Requirements
- A genuine zest for biking, making you a ray of sunshine for Canyon's customers.
- Previous experience as a customer advisor or in customer service, or a strong eagerness for a rewarding career change.
- Strong, preferably native-level proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Quick comprehension skills and a preference for autonomous work.
- Proficient PC skills and reliability in data management.
- Enjoyment in communication, customer interaction, and thriving in a 100% remote environment with a lively digital community. 🌐
