Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Service Agent to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will provide outstanding support to customers across various channels, including email, phone, chat, and social media, handling inquiries, complaints, and order management tasks. This role requires a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred, as well as experience in eCommerce customer service.

Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns through email, phone, chat, and social media platforms.
Order Management: Assist with order processing, manage returns, exchanges, and handle refunds promptly and accurately.
Case Management: Handle and follow up on reimbursement cases on various platforms, ensuring cases are resolved and logged correctly.
Review Management: Manage and respond to customer reviews, ensuring feedback is addressed professionally and constructively.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, case outcomes, and resolutions to support team reporting.
Complaint Handling: Address customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction with each resolution.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, ideally within eCommerce (e.g., TikTok Shop experience a plus).
Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong written communication skills in English.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using customer service tools like Zoho Desk; comfortable working with various digital platforms.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, and time management skills. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
