Job Summary:

The Brokerage Enablement Coordinator serves as the face of the company with various departments of real estate, realtor associations and other vendors and is responsible for working with key stakeholders and staff as we open states and maintain our good standing with all licensing entities and authorities. The BEC should have a strong business administrative background, a deep understanding of regulatory laws, understand NAR rules and RESPA laws.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute operational systems across all departments

  • Prioritize and manage the backlog

  • Develop strong relationships with all state Department of Real Estate Entities

  • Create SOP and workflows within brokerage ops

  • Help implement the vision of the CSO through written processes

  • Place written content in a presentation format for training purposes

  • Familiarity with all license of commercial insurance and the renewal process

  • Building out processes

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to learn and work with various technology platforms

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Technical competence & strong analytical skills

Education and Experience:

  • Licensed and experienced working in residential real estate brokerage

  • Minimum of 2+ years prior in a regulatory management role

  • Degree in Business Administration, a plus
