Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst to join our team at MindTech. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable insights and solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing business processes for efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain detailed business documentation including use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Assist in the creation of project roadmaps, timelines, and business models.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and dashboards.
- Monitor project progress and assist in identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that business requirements are met.
- Serve as a liaison between the business and technical teams to facilitate effective communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the technology sector, preferably in AI or software development environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficient in tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Slack).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
