About the Role:

As a Business Analyst at [Your Company Name], you will play a pivotal role in supporting our project and product management teams. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects by closely collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include writing detailed project tickets and actively following up with team members to maintain project momentum. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced technology environment and is adept at balancing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Ticket Management: Create, manage, and maintain project tickets with clear and concise details to guide development and QA teams.

  • Team Coordination: Actively liaise with team members, including developers and QAs, to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project timelines.

  • Project Support: Provide comprehensive support to the PM, including stepping in as a backup to manage project activities as required.

  • Communication: Facilitate internal communication, ensuring all team members are aligned and informed about project updates and changes.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of project proceedings and decisions.

  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze project data to identify trends, issues, or areas for improvement, and report these findings to the PM.

  • Process Improvement: Continually seek opportunities to improve project processes and efficiencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in a business analysis or similar role within a technology environment.

  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in project management tools and software.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
