The Role

As the Campaign Marketing Manager you will develop and execute marketing campaigns developed for Germany, and for regional/global that drive measurable contribution to brand, loyalty, and revenue performance.

A snapshot of the role responsibilities:

  • Lead advertising and communications activities according to agreed strategy and priorities.
  • Develop innovative, audience-relevant campaigns and communications and develop and support needs-based, non-traditional campaigns and communications which are fresh, creative, and relevant to the targeted audiences.
  • Manage project budgets meticulously and track spending, commitments, and projections.
  • Analyse campaign performance data, provide summaries, regular reports & presentations for management review highlighting key insights, and recommendations.
  • Support the development, communication and/or implementation of marketing plans which detail the objectives, goals, strategies, measures, and tactics for the assigned marketing segment, and which builds into the overall annual plans.
  • Support with the Development and implementation of strategic partnership campaigns in collaboration with in-region country lead.
  • Manage marketing agencies to create compelling content & manage creative asset production ensuring quality and consistency.

What we need from you

The chosen candidate will possess the following:

  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Solid experience in campaign management, preferably in the hotel, hospitality, or tourism industry within a large multinational company.
  • Experience planning and executing holistic, integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and content aesthetics
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions.

  • Deep understanding of hospitality and IHG’s organisation
