The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Clinical Data Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Serving as the lead Data Manager on multiple clinical studies with varying study designs
  • Coordinating, facilitating and participating in all data management activities from initiation of a study protocol, study startup through database lock
  • Developing clinical trial databases from data specifications, user requirements, edit rules/checks, query logic and data variation
  • Managing clinical trials through review, computerization, cleaning and auditing of clinical data and databases in compliance with standard operating procedures and regulatory agency guidelines
  • Validating clinical trial data to ensure completeness, consistency and integrity within a subject’s data set and across the study database

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution and three (3) years of combined work experience in the Life Sciences industry (Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and/or Medical Device) in a private, public, government or military environment

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED from AND seven (7) years of Life Sciences industry (Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and/or Medical Device) in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Experience working with Data Management in the Clinical Trial industry such as understanding of regulations and laws over data privacy
  • Experience working with electronic data capture (EDC) such as building, validating and decommissioning clinical databases

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, computer science or related discipline from an accredited institution
  • Data Management experience with medical device clinical trials
  • Experience utilizing Zelta electronic data capture (EDC) platform
  • Demonstrated project management experience

  • Remote

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $106,331 - $129,960, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
