We are excited to announce a role for a Clinical Territory Manager to join the Aged Care and Community team looking after NWS and ACT selling a wide range of wound care solutions. Products will include an exceptional innovative range of products in the areas of Acute Wound Care, Skin Care, Advanced Wound Dressings, Tapes and Wraps.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Ideally degree qualified
  • Selling skills, influencing/negotiation skills
  • Territory/account management experience minimum 3 years
  • Competency with Microsoft Word, MS Teams, Excel & PowerPoint required
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong listening skills
  • Self-starter with positive approach to business planning, selling, and recording activity
  • Able to rapidly adopt new computer and reporting systems
  • Attention to detail
  • Confident manner with internal team and external customers
  • Problem solving ability & resourcefulness to fulfil customers’ requirements
  • Medical background an advantage
  • Have permission to work in Australia and current driver’s license
  • Have relevant Police Checks and permission to work with vulnerable people

KEY OBJECTIVE OF JOB:

  • Accountable for achieving sales target for your territory by:
    • identifying and managing new account opportunities to expand product usage
    • collaborating with distributor reps to identify and target accounts
    • gaining access to new accounts through persistence and relationship building
    • selling benefits of extensive product range of wound care solutions
    • providing clinical education to assist in improving clinical outcomes for residents
    • leveraging product trials to facilitate adoption of Solventum products
  • Ensure sales and clinical strategy implementation is aligned with commercial directives
  • Carry out duties independently with periodic supervision and assistance

SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Some weekend attendance/ travel may be expected in the event of a conference or trade display. Country territory travel with some overnight stays.
  • Travel as required for National Sales Meetings
  • This role requires the ability to set up and clear trade shows, run products trials, and demonstration of product in a clinical setting occasionally outside of normal working hours
  • Minimum of 5 days annual leave to be taken Christmas / New Year period or as directed by senior management
  • As a field-based role, it is expected the incumbent will be in field a minimum of 40% of their time or as directed by senior management
