Job Description

Salary/Position Classification

  • $12.50 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
  • 8-10 hours per week
  • 100% Remote Work Availability: No
  • Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No

Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students with a Federal Work Study allocation for 2024-2025 are eligible to be hired in this position.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Filing
  • Running office errands
  • Data entry
  • Basic computer use (MS Applications)
  • Basic IT support
  • Light cleaning
  • Upkeep, troubleshooting, & filling copiers
  • Assistance with inventory
  • Act as receptionist for those coming into the building
  • Assisting with events
  • Other office duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • MS Office proficiency, especially with Word and Excel
  • Prior customer service or public interactions
  • Must have accepted a Federal Work Study award from the Office of Student Finance
  • Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits for the employed academic semester
  • Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
