Inviting Applications for: Credit Card and Travel & Expense Administration Specialist – Senior Process Associate – English – Remote BG
In this role, you will be responsible to work as an Applications for Credit Card and Travel & Expense Administration, under PTP.
General Responsibilities:
- Administration of CCH Credit Card Program
• Support project team with testing during implementation of Concur in new countries
• Support smooth adoption of Concur post go live
• Partner with technical partners to ensure optimal utilization of technology and highly satisfying end user experience
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
• Prioritizes and escalates issues efficiently for prompt resolution.
• Identify and implement best practices among CCH countries.
• Partners with country and technical teams for smooth adoption of travel and expense technology
• Partner with bank ensuring timely on-boarding and handling of credit cards.
• Liaises with other key stakeholders as required regarding reflecting any changes in policies, procedures and systems
• Support with change requests and testing of new releases
• Ensures utilization of existing tools and technology
• Cooperates with other related parties, peers and seek external benchmark to propose further efficiencies, best practices and improvements
• Provide functional, technical support and guidance regarding credit card program and travel tools to ensure full adoption of the tool and sustainable improvement.
• Manage dispute process with banks as part of credit card program
• Manage knowledge in BU users for system usage
• Guide and train business users on system functionality and appropriate use of the systems
• Delivers regular on-boarding for new comers in BUs for processes, policies and system functionalities
• Deliver timely execution of new credit cards issuance; blocking and unblocking process
• Provide reconciliation for credit card usage
• Support contract requests processing for non-procurement related contacts
• Deliver support to e-catalogue users to resolve technical and access issues
• Support business users with reporting and analysis
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- University degree in Finance, economics or administration field.
· Knowledge of established Purchasing and Finance business processes.
· Fluency in English.
· Experience of ERP is essential, and knowledge of SAP is advantage.
· Language level: English B2+/C1 excellent communication skills – Verbal & Written
· financial or supply chain experience, preferably gained within FMCG & multinational company.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in handling multiple tasks and working with tight deadlines
· Experience in leading, designing and analysing processes would be considered as advantage
· Exposure to projects requiring multi-functional team working.
· Experience in working with datasets, derive insights and present information through visualization and reports
· Must demonstrate critical thinking, problem solving and logic
· Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
