Job Description

As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing email, SMS, and push campaigns through various channels. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of engaging and targeted content, while also tracking and analyzing campaign performance. Your role will involve HTML coding, quality assurance, scheduling, and reporting to drive results and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute email, SMS, and push campaigns using drag-and-drop editors, HTML coding, and personalization tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Brand Marketing and Loyalty, to coordinate content and creative briefs.
  • Track and report campaign results using ESP, Web Analytics (Google Analytics), and analytics tools (DOMO).
  • Implement multivariate testing to optimize segmentation, subject lines, send times, etc.
  • Present findings and make recommendations for improvements based on data analysis.
  • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills to deliver projects on time.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and recommend internal strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Communications, or similar.
  • Experience with ESP platforms, particularly Iterable.
  • Proficient in HTML coding for email, including mobile devices.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with exceptional follow-through and initiative.
  • Comfortable with setting up dynamic content and personalization; experience with personalization tools (Moveable Ink) is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, etc.), Microsoft Excel, Adobe Dreamweaver, and Web Analytics (Google Analytics preferred).
