Job Description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
• Part-time, 20 hours per week
• Permanent work from home
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 4 hours a day flexible within 10am to 5pm Eastern (10pm to 5am Manila Time)
• Client Timezone: EST


Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to dormant leads and previous clients using a provided script
• Gather information on organizations’ current fundraising efforts and needs
• Update the CRM system with call outcomes and new contact information
• Provide information about mobile fundraising services when appropriate
• Direct interest leads to a contact form or set up follow-up appointments
• Navigate conversations professionally, especially when discovering personnel changes



Requirements


• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with outbound calling telemarketing
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural conversation flow
• Strong listening skills and ability to gather relevant information
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
