Job Description
Responsibilities:
Conduct surveys and record the feedback with 100% accuracy
Conducting voice interviews (in-depth interviews, u-tests, etc)
Transcribing interviews
Helping Customer and User researchers find insights
Using problem-solving skills to handle difficult or irate customers
Requirements:
Experience working in a customer service
Experience in conducting interviews
High level of emotional intelligence
Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
Confident and able to approach people
Certifications: qualitative research, in-depth interviews
EN/UA/RU: B2 - C1 - mandatory to have internal communication
EN - С1 for customer interview
Education: bachelor’s degree
