Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct surveys and record the feedback with 100% accuracy

  • Conducting voice interviews (in-depth interviews, u-tests, etc)

  • Transcribing interviews

  • Helping Customer and User researchers find insights

  • Using problem-solving skills to handle difficult or irate customers

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a customer service

  • Experience in conducting interviews

  • High level of emotional intelligence

  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills

  • Confident and able to approach people

  • Certifications: qualitative research, in-depth interviews

  • EN/UA/RU: B2 - C1 - mandatory to have internal communication

  • EN - С1 for customer interview

  • Education: bachelor’s degree
