Job Description
The HR Analyst for Workday plays an integral role in the support, marketing, driving engagement and maintenance of the HR systems for AUTODOC including configuration, accurate data management, testing and rollout of HR tools. This position further ensures system integrations and upgrades, improves processes and leverages the return on technological capabilities.
Job Responsibilities:
Requirements, Expertise and analysis:
Act as the SME, possessing in-depth knowledge of the systems and processes
Upon the request of the Product Owner, conduct investigations to identify challenges and recommend optimal solutions for stakeholders' requests
Implementation:
Perform system configurations and integrations following the requirements provided by the Product Owner
Testing:
Conduct thorough functional testing based on the test case scenarios / acceptance criteria to validate system features and ensure reliability
Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Release:
Prepare and introduce user documentation
Conduct user training and webinars to increase user adoption
Rollout / Deploy changes within agreed time frame
Stabilization, Support and maintenance:
Provide ongoing support to stabilize system performance, addressing issues within SLA terms
Offer support to end-users, addressing queries, and resolving system-related issues within SLA terms
Investigate and troubleshoot incidents, working towards swift resolution and minimal impact on operations
Monitor and execute system maintenance schedules

Job Qualifications:
Proven experience in configuring HR Systems: Workday (must), Peakon, Notion, or any similar would be beneficial
Experience in Workday domains like HCM, Recruitment, Compensation, Learning, Talent management
Proficiency in integration Workday with third-party applications
Workday certifications would be a plus
Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation abilities
Ability to work independently
Proven problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities
