We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Agent to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Data Entry Agent, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining information in our database and systems. Your attention to detail, speed, and accuracy will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurately input data from various sources (manual forms, surveys, emails, etc.) into the company’s database or software system.
Data Management: Organize and maintain electronic and paper files for easy retrieval.
Data Verification: Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before entering it into the system.
Data Cleaning: Ensure that all data is current and up-to-date by removing outdated or incorrect information.
Reporting: Assist in generating and updating reports based on the entered data for internal teams and clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure timely and accurate data processing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Data Entry Agent, Clerk, or in a similar role.
Strong typing speed and accuracy (preferably 50+ words per minute).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with data entry software and systems (e.g., Google Sheets, CRM tools, or custom databases).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other team members.
