Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join our Recommendation System team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ML & DL models to improve recommendation algorithms.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement machine learning models to create product recommendations
Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and insights in user behavior
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ML models into the production environment.
Continuously evaluate and improve the performance of existing ranking algorithms.
Conduct A/B tests to measure the impact of changes.
Research the latest developments in machine learning and search technologies.
Requirements
Over 3 years of experience in Data Science, with a focus on uplift modeling and causal effect analysis.
Deep knowledge and practical experience with Python and data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), as well as specialized libraries for causal analysis, for example CausalML or others.
Understanding of A/B testing principles, including planning, conducting, and analyzing test results.
Knowledge of SQL and experience with databases, including ClickHouse, for effective data extraction and processing.
Qualifications (Essential)
Over 3 years of experience in Data Science, with experience in developing recommendation systems or NLP
Experience working with Big Data technologies.
Strong Python, ML/DL skills.
Strong foundation in statistical analysis and its applications in machine learning.
Proficiency in SQL (OLAP and OLTP)
English B2
