Why this role exists
Our client seeks a Digital Marketing Coordinator to enhance their online presence and streamline client communications while supporting their mission of creating positive educational experiences. The role will serve as a crucial link between the organization and its stakeholders, managing digital content and communications to help more families access their transformative educational services.

The Impact you’ll make

Digital Content Management
  • Create and manage social media content across platforms
  • Schedule and optimize posts for maximum engagement
  • Track social media metrics and engagement rates
  • Design and distribute engaging newsletters with relevant content
  • Maintain consistent brand voice across all channels
Client Relations & CRM
  • Manage and optimize the CRM system
  • Execute client outreach campaigns
  • Maintain client database and communication records
  • Support client engagement initiatives
  • Implement and optimize new CRM solutions as needed
Marketing Operations
  • Coordinate with website and SEO teams
  • Implement process improvements
  • Monitor digital marketing metrics
  • Create performance reports
  • Streamline operational workflows

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:
  • Proven social media management experience
  • Experience with CRM systems and client communications
  • Content creation and newsletter design skills
  • Understanding of SEO principles
  • Project management capabilities
  • Familiarity with various CRM and social media management tools
  • WFH Set-Up:
    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
    • Back-up computer and internet connection
    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect...

Work Setup:
  • Remote position
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
Working Hours:
  • Flexible schedule with morning check-ins within PST business hours (Pacific Standard Time)
  • 20 hours a week
Compensation:
  • $7 per hour
  • No benefits package included
