Our client is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive the launch and expansion of their online lash education platform. This role is crucial for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels, while working collaboratively with course creators and industry partners to build a strong presence in the beauty education space.
The Impact you’ll make
Digital Marketing Strategy- Analyze data and metrics to refine strategies
- Monitor and report on KPIs
- Implement SEO and content marketing strategies
- Manage paid advertising campaigns
- Optimize campaign performance based on data
- Leverage platform algorithms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Create and schedule engaging content
- Track engagement metrics
- Build community through organic strategies
- Collaborate with designers and content creators
- Design and execute course launch strategies
- Create compelling promotional content
- Work directly with course instructors
- Optimize conversion rates
- Build and nurture the student community
- Support email and calendar management
- Build industry partnerships and collaborations
- Manage influencer relationships

- Coordinate with team members
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:- 1+ years of digital marketing experience in online business growth
- Proven track record with social media marketing and analytics
- Experience with email marketing and course promotion
- Proficiency with marketing tools (Google Analytics, FB Ads Manager)
- Experience with course platforms (LearnDash or similar)
- Demonstrated success in partnership-building
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

Work Setup:
- Remote position
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
- Monday to Friday, 6 PM to 10 PM CST (Central Standard Time)
- 20 hours a week
- $5 per hour
