As Ada’s first Director of AI Growth you will report to our CEO to spearhead large language model (LLM)- driven initiatives, pushing the boundaries of outbound demand creation. This pivotal role directly contributes to our strategic goal of amplifying automated resolutions, enhancing our ability to secure new customers, and ultimately boosting conversation volumes. Your mission will be to innovate and execute strategies that not only capture but also convert new leads into Ada’s growing clientele, helping us achieve a significant increase in the building of our outbound pipeline.

About You

  • You are deeply passionate about Large Language Models & know how to apply them and their potential to drive business growth.
  • You possess the ability to build using LLMs with the ability to code and build.
  • Proven experience as a growth hacker, with a solid track record in outbound demand generation.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of your strategies and adapt quickly.
  • Creative problem-solver who can think outside the box to overcome obstacles and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Proficient in design and development, able to craft engaging customer experiences that resonate and convert.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration qualities can rally teams and resources around shared goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at articulating complex concepts and aligning team efforts.

Outcomes

  • Drive 20% of Ada’s total pipeline by setting a robust foundation for sustained growth.
  • Develop and execute innovative LLM-driven marketing strategies that significantly increase outbound demand.
  • Transform new pipeline opportunities into successful customer acquisitions, contributing directly to our pipeline goal.
  • Identify and implement measures to overcome the current challenges in outbound demand generation.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation, ensuring Ada remains at the forefront of the AI industry.
