Job Summary:
The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our products, expand our market presence, and drive customer engagement. The position will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains staff in the department.
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees and in accordance with company policy.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support revenue growth.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, including digital marketers, content creators, and designers, to achieve marketing objectives and KPIs.
- Collaborate with product management and sales teams to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and incorporate insights into marketing strategies.
- Plan and oversee the implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, events, and PR.
- Manage the company's online presence, including website content, SEO/SEM strategies, and social media channels, to optimize visibility and engagement.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics, track ROI, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI/Machine Learning marketing to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Cultivate relationships with industry partners, influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand credibility and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling sales enablement materials, presentations, and case studies that showcase our solutions' value proposition.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to promote our brand and establish strategic partnerships.

Required Skills & Abilities:

- Passion for technology, innovation, and AI/Machine Learning, with a deep understanding of industry trends and customer needs.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (10 years) in marketing roles, with a focus on technology, AI, or machine learning industries.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to track and optimize marketing performance.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Travel and prolonged standing at conferences.
