The Role
This individual will be responsible for assisting, and maintaining the Route Accounting Database “Encompass”, including master data, customers, promotions, pricing, and route assignments. This person will also provide Encompass site/application support to the field sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Encompass to set up and maintain clean customer information with the support of Business Intelligence Manager.
- Perform import/export routines as needed to maintain up to date information, including for routing, customers, devices, coolers, and users.
- Working with key account managers to add promotions and pricing updates, as well as verifying chain specific information.
- Routing or re-routing as needed, create presale delivery routes, and ad hoc (hotshot) load sheets as needed.
- Provide Encompass support for the field sales and delivery teams including application errors, troubleshooting, pricing/promotions, and general site or application issues/questions.
- Assist with training for field sales teams, operational teams, and finance teams on Encompass.
- Review system updates and ensure updates are rolled out correctly to the back office and to the field teams.
- Assist in reviewing end of day process with Sales Coordinator to ensure that the load sheet close process is adhered to.
- Other duties as needed.
Key Skills and Experience Required
- Direct Store Delivery or Route Accounting experience
- Experience with Encompass highly preferred
- Experience with route accounting systems, including daily balancing, and database management
- Experience with mobile devices, phones, tablets, etc.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-directed; requires limited oversight
- Experience with customer relations or customer service functionalities
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 5 years equivalent experience.

- Travel up to 10%
