Job Description

As an E-commerce Listing Assistant, you’ll be the driving force behind our digital inventory management. Your role is crucial in transforming physical auto parts into compelling online listings that catch buyers’ eyes and drive sales. You’ll work with a cutting-edge software system that streamlines the listing process, allowing you to efficiently catalog a wide range of automotive components. Responsibilities

  • Expertly input vehicle specifications including year ranges, makes, and models into our proprietary listing software
  • Craft SEO templated-optimized descriptions for auto parts, ensuring maximum visibility and appeal to potential buyers
  • Conduct market research to set competitive prices for each listed part
  • Accurately enter part numbers and detailed specifications for each item
  • Meet or exceed daily performance targets for listing volume while maintaining high accuracy
  • Collaborate with in-house team members to ensure consistency and quality across all listings
  • Stay updated on automotive trends and terminology to enhance listing quality
  • Contribute ideas for improving the listing process and increasing sales performance


Requirements

  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic understanding of automotive parts or a strong willingness to learn quickly
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, especially eBay is a major advantage
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to maintain high accuracy in repetitive tasks
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and aptitude for learning new software systems
