This position combines accounting support with operational assistance, managing both financial tasks and e-commerce platform updates. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining accurate records across multiple platforms, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
The Impact you’ll make
Accounting & Operations- Process basic invoicing
- Handle expense filing
- Manage daily operations tasks
- Place and track orders
- Update stock in Amazon FBA store
- Maintain Shopify inventory
- Research customer information
- Analyze customer experiences
- Process and organize emails
- Arrange meetings
- Manage workload and schedules
- Coordinate through Slack and ClickUp
- Work with client's ERP system
- Maintain records across platforms
- Coordinate through various tools
- Handle Google Suite tasks
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:- 1+ years in accounting support or a related field
- Experience with e-commerce platforms preferred
- Proficiency with productivity tools
- Strong administrative background
- Experience with order processing
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection

Work Setup:
- Remote position
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
- Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time)
- 40 hours per week
- $7 per hour
