Job Description

Now we are hiring a new Executive Assistant of the CEO.

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • English: C1 level with the ability for communication and understanding instructions
  • At least 1 year of experience in the similar role
  • Has a remote EA/Personal Assistant/ Admin work Experience
  • Diploma or bachelor degree in administration, business or another related field
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace - Docs, excel, gmail, calendar etc.
  • Preferable knowledge of Click Up, Slack
  • High level of self-organization and control
  • Ability to remain attentive to details in the conditions of multitasking

· Proactivity, efficiency

  • Ability to think independently and to make decisions
  • Ability to set priorities and respect deadlines

· Work ethics

  • Readiness to perform both diverse and repetitive tasks

As a part of a company, your responsibilities will be:

  • CEO Email management and schedule management;
  • Business research by request of the Management; collection and analyzing data to prepare reports, documents and summaries.
  • Acting as a point of contact among executives, team members and other external partners;
  • Providing administrative support to the company and team members;
  • Coordination of activities with personal assistant
  • Other related tasks assigned by the Management
  • Providing a smooth and swift organizational and administrative assistance on a daily basis and optimize the existing process.
  • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Directing and enhancing daily operations practices

The job is full time, 40 hours a week.
