The DCX Client Services Home-Based Business Development Representative is a valued and essential part of the customer experience. You will be responsible for all backend project management while working closely with end users, sales executives, suppliers, and account managers to ensure a great customer service experience. You will also be responsible for helping the assigned sales executive develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients and connecting with those clients to provide them with promotional product solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • The primary goal of the BDR role is to generate new sales leads for the Lincata sales team.
  • BDR may also support outbound prospecting and partner development efforts for Lincor, our international division.
  • Identify and research Lincata prospects through various channels, including online research, LinkedIn, and conference attendee lists.
  • Utilize CRM tools (Hubspot) and databases to organize and manage leads effectively.
  • A significant portion of the role will include market research to identify new companies, contacts, and contact information. BDR will have responsibility for data entry of these items into the Hubspot CRM.

2. Outreach and Engagement:

  • Initiate contact with prospects primarily via email, and social media outreach (LinkedIn). There may be unique occasions where limited phone outreach may be required.
  • Cooperate with Lincata sales leadership to co-develop marketing campaigns, target audience, and sequence of outreach to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and product demonstrations for the Lincata sales team.
  • BDR on occasion may be asked to participate in the first introductory call with a prospect to assist with market knowledge and training purposes.

3. Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns and strategies.
  • Provide feedback and insights from prospect interactions to inform product development, competitor intelligence, and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads to the sales team.

4. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and activities in the Hubspot CRM system.
  • Cooperate with sales leadership to review key performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue generated.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.

  • Experience: 1-2 years of direct Customer Service and lead generation.

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Basic exposure to Hubspot, Linkedin Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is ideal.

  • Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:

  • Direct experience in cold calling is a plus

  • Customer orientation and the ability to adapt to and respond to diverse characters.

  • Salary Range: Php 40,000 - Php 47,500
