Description
Tabby is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HRIS Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in HR technology and data management, who is eager to grow their career in a tech-driven environment. As an HRIS Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our HR systems, supporting our HR and business stakeholders with insightful data analysis and reporting.Key Responsibilities
- HR Systems support: Serve as the primary point of contact for HR systems-related inquiries from employees, HR colleagues, and business stakeholders.
- Data management: Manage employee data within our HR systems, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to reflect changes in the organization.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate and prepare reports from HR systems, including BambooHR, Pinpoint, and Lattice, to support decision-making across various HR functions, such as compensation, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
- System audits & Compliance: Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure integrity and compliance with company policies and best practices.
- Documentation & Guidelines: Develop and maintain documentation, guidelines, and training materials for the effective use of HR systems.
- Project support: Collaborate with the HRIS Lead and senior team members on projects involving process automation and the implementation of new HR technologies.
- Process optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through system enhancements and automation to improve overall efficiency.
- Training: Provide guidance and training to team members on system usage, updates, and best practices.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.- Experience:
- Proven experience in an HRIS support or administration role, preferably within a tech-focused or dynamic environment.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems such as BambooHR, Pinpoint, Tableau, and Lattice is highly desirable.
- Technical skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Knowledge of any no-code automation platform (Zenphi, Zapier, etc.) or a strong willingness to learn it as part of your professional growth.
- Analytical skills: Ability to interpret and analyze data to create meaningful insights that can inform HR strategies.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement and learning
- Motivation: Strong motivation to grow in the field of HRIS and to develop skills in system automation.
